Meet Jay Fluent

Jay Fluent, owner of Fluent Human Capital Consulting in Denver, carries over 35 years of non-profit and for-profit corporate human resources experience.  His extensive background includes human resources, human resources leadership with a specialization in organizational development, employee relations, leadership and staff coaching, training & development, and staff engagement.

 

Jay’s corporate experience includes working with two Fortune 500 companies, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Equity Office Properties both in the capacity of human resources leadership.  He has also spent time with Denver Health Medical Center, Colorado's premier healthcare institution, performing several human resources leadership positions.   Jay has also consulted with such companies as Ball Aerospace,

the El Promar Foundation, McDonald's, and the Women's Professional Golf Association.

Jay has a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Colorado at Boulder as well as numerous certifications including: Lean Black Belt Certification, Certified Facilitator, Talent Plus Leadership Training Academy, Certified Practitioner Health Care Superior and Health Care Professional Interview Programs, Talent Plus, Inc.
